How pricing works
A chair event is priced by the hours and the number of people, so it is quoted first. This page says what sets the number.
What decides the price
A single seat is priced by its length. An event is priced by the hours we are on site and the number of therapists you need.
Seat length: ten, fifteen or twenty minutes
Hours on site: a few hours, a half day or a full day
Number of therapists, from one chair to several
Where prices show: your quote, or the booking page for a single seat
What the quote includes
A quote is written before anything is held. It names the date, the hours, the number of therapists and the seat length, and it lists what we bring.
When you get the number
After we have talked about the space and how many people to expect, and always before you commit to a date.
Deposits
A signed quote or a deposit holds the date. A deposit goes toward the event, and your quote shows the amount.
Canceling or running late
We ask for 48 hours' notice to move an event and 24 hours for a single seat. Illness is the exception on either side.
Extra time on the day
If the sheet fills and people are still waiting, we can add time on the day. We agree it with you first and note it on your invoice.
Tipping
Tipping is welcome and never expected. A company can include it in the quote. For a single seat, add one when you pay.
