Ten-minute pause
10 minNeck, shoulders and upper back. A quick break between meetings.

Chair massage in Sacramento
Pause is three massage therapists with portable chairs. We set up in an office corner, a staff room or a farmers' market stall, and each person sits clothed for ten to twenty minutes.
A seat, at a glance
Stay in your work clothes. We work over your shirt with bare hands, and we use no oil or lotion.
You sit in a portable chair with your face in a cradle and your arms resting forward. No table, no lying down.
Short enough for a break. You choose the length when you sign up, then walk back to your desk.
Where we set up
The chair folds down and travels in a car. Here is how a few setups look.

Each holds a certificate from the California Massage Therapy Council, listed beside their name.

Owner and lead therapist
Anabelle runs Pause and plans each event with the client. She likes to walk the space first, so the chair goes where people can sit without being watched.

Massage therapist
Tashana takes most of the weekday office days and the staff-room visits. She keeps a steady pace and checks pressure at the start of every seat.

Massage therapist
Jasiel works most of the farmers' market stalls and the early shifts. He speaks English and Spanish, and will tell you which in a sentence.

Yes. We bring the chair and a clean cover for the face cradle. You give us a corner about the size of a small desk.
It depends on the length of the seats and the hours on site. We work it out with you in the quote.
