Questions

Short answers

How long is a seat?

Ten, fifteen or twenty minutes. You choose when you sign up.

What do I wear?

What you wear to work. Glasses and a bulky jacket can come off before you lean into the face cradle.

Am I covered the whole time?

You stay clothed and seated the whole time. Nothing is uncovered, and we use no oil or lotion.

Can I stop?

Yes, at any time, for any reason. We stop right away.

How do I set the pressure?

We ask before you sit and check partway through. Say lighter or firmer whenever you like.

What happens at a first seat?

You add your name to the sheet, sit when it is called, and we work on your neck, shoulders, back and arms. A longer seat adds the scalp and hands.

How many people can one therapist see in a day?

It depends on the length of the seats and the hours on site. We plan it with you in the quote.

Should I tip?

Tipping is welcome and never expected. A company can include it in the quote; for a single seat, add one when you pay.

What if I am ill or pregnant?

If you are ill, tell us and we will move your seat. If you are pregnant, or have a question about whether massage is right for you, ask your doctor first.

How does pricing work?

A single seat is priced by its length and the booking page shows it before you confirm. An event is quoted first, by the hours and the number of therapists.

For offices and markets

Planning an office day or a market stall?

Tell us the date, the place and how many people. We send a quote before anything is held.
